Time(s):
10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Explore three of the most beautiful reservations in Andover! We’ll hike a 4-mile loop (150 ft elevation gain) across three AVIS reservations where more than 145 species of birds have been observed and where wetlands provide vital habitat for muskrat, mink and beaver. As we meander through West Parish Meadow, across Indian Ridge Reservation and around Baker’s Meadow, we’ll intermittently be on the Bay Circuit Trail. If time allows we’ll include a side trip to the Alice Buck Memorial to learn about one of Andover’s first conservationists.
