Description

Enjoy the grounds of the Patton Homestead with a Story Walk and Kamishibai STEM paper craft designed for young kids and their caregivers but open to all ages and abilities. Following Covid protocols & social distancing (dress for outdoors) come see presenters Yumi Izuyama author illustrator and STEM design instructor Kendall Inglese present engaging ways to learn about habitats of butterflies snails and other species they depend on. DIY craft bags to take home too. Story Walk will be self serve to see on following Thursday Sept 30 as well.

Open doors – stop in any time but Storytelling on the hour at 10 and 11am

Dress to walk on flat grassy lawn, seating on lawn (if bring a blanket) and or at picnic tables. Free parking event is in rear of Patton Homestead.
