Description
Join us for an historical tour of Lynn’s 152 acre garden style cemetery designed by Henry A.S. Dearborn. A National Register Historic District it boasts a Who’s Who of 19th Century architects, sculptors, and movers and shakers. Part 1 covers the oldest part of the cemetery including the sunken gardens, Rhodes Chapel, WW1 Burial Grounds, a sweeping view of the Lynn Coastline and so much more.
Special Instructions
Meet at entrance at 155 Boston St. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Rain or shine. Mostly wheelchair accommodating but you will not be able to see some monuments close up. Absolutely no dogs in cemetery. No restroom but plenty of fast-food restaurants with restrooms nearby.
