Description
This 40-minute hands-on program guides wee farmers ages 3.5 – 8 on a short, educational farm hike and teaches them how to harvest/glean crops to be donated to a local food pantry. Made free by the generosity of the Charles E. Larner Family Foundation which helps grow young farmers through agricultural scholarships, grants by promoting agriculture to and helping children.
Special Instructions
To make it fair to families who want to participate, each ticket is $8/child to hold your child’s spot. When you arrive, a 100% refund will be processed. Adults do not register yourself – just register the children. More FAQs may be found online at www.ciderhill.com/childrensprograms.
