Description
Guided mushroom walk for all those interested in discovering fungi growing in the Beverly Commons Conservation Area. Walk leader will be Jana Harris of Essex Forays, certified in Wild Mushroom Food Safety and Boston Mycological Club member. Depending on weather there will be different edible and non-edible species of mushrooms to explore. Please, wear sturdy shoes, bring a water bottle, tick and bug repellent, ID field guide and basket (optional). Space is limited to 10 participants.
