Description
Join Refuge staff to hike the Stage Island trail. We will start from the ocean at Lot 6, and hike through a drumlin with panoramic views of ocean and estuary, to the Sound overlooking Ipswich Bay. Barrier island geology, colonial history, ecology, and wildlife management will be discussed during tour. Hike is 1.5 miles round-trip, easy to moderate hike.
