Description
Join Nadine Mazzola, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, for a guided meditative walk and reflective art making in the beautiful garden at Ropes Mansion. Known in Japan as shinrin yoku, forest bathing is a practice of observation and reconnection with the natural world. Tune into your nature senses, deepen your breath, and enjoy gathering together in community.

We will meet at the entrance of the Ropes Mansion Garden, 318 Essex St, Salem, MA.
