Don’t paddle but love being close to the Ipswich RIver? Walk along the new King Pine trail beside the Ipswich River as it meanders upstream. Hear a variety of birds, perhaps spot a beaver or otter in the river. A variety of plants and trees grow in this riparian and wooded area. The trail is relatively flat, less than a mile, as it wanders through the trees along the river. Rest on large boulders at trails end, then make your way back. Park at the Peabody St Canoe Landing.
