Ever wonder about the North Andover Common or the history of the “Old Center”? Join us on Thursday for a lecture & tour. We’ll start with a brief overview of the development of this iconic area, including the North Andover Improvement Society’s multi- decade work to create the Common. Then we will take a walk to view some of the same structures today, including an inside look at the 1833 Hay Scales Office building at the corner of Osgood and Andover Street.
