Description

It’s not your imagination: Essex County has been getting wetter lately. This region is renowned for its rocky coast, beaches, marshes and rivers — we love water! But as we get more and more of it, we need to understand how to live with different cycles of rain, snow and drought. In this lecture, Kate Bowditch, President of Greenbelt and a hydrologist by training, will highlight how land conservation protects our region’s critical water resources.
