Open house at the historic Brocklebank homestead circa 1680, brief tours will be given. Our garden tours feature our historic kitchen door gardens developed in part through a grant from Essex Heritage, as well as planting practices of the colonist and additional unique plantings. Georgetown’s last one room schoolhouse, the Hill School NO. 3., located on our grounds will be open for tours. Our exceptional 10-footer, actually 14 foot shoe shop will give a look back in time to the early history of shoe making in Essex County, shoes made locally.
