Description

Before Bradley Palmer occupied the property that became Bradley Palmer State Park, it was the Lamson family farm for nearly 230 years. Between 1891-1910 Mr. Palmer purchased parcels of land from the Lamsons for his Willow Dale Estate. The Park Interpreter will take you on a stroll to see surviving features of the Lamson Farm, including the old farmhouse.

Special Instructions

Meet at the Main Parking Lot Bulletin Board. There is a parking fee. For ages 6 and up, but particularly adults. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate closed toe footwear. Bring water. Sunscreen and insect repellent are recommended.

Weather Restrictions

Weather forecasts will be watched closely. Sustained high winds, rain and/or thunder and lightning will cancel the program. The cancellation will be posted on the Main Parking Lot Bulletin Board.
