This ride will be led by Essex Heritage President, David Read. We’ll meet at the Bike Shop in Topsfield (intersection of Main St. and Grove St.) and ride south over the Ipswich River Bridge, past the Wenham Swamp and into Danvers. In Danvers Center we’ll stop at the Cherry Street Fish Market for a quick lunch – they have the best lobster rolls and crab rolls! For those who don’t eat seafood or prefer veggie options, there’s nearby MaryAnns. This round-trip ride is approx. 12 miles on a stone dust gravel surface.
