Late September is a great time to get outside and explore as the days are still warm and animals abound in our fields and forests. Join NSNP staff as we explore the areas around Camp Denison in search of grasshoppers, katydids, tadpoles, frogs, salamanders, snakes, and more! Participants will take a short, guided hike on easy, well-maintained trails to visit various habitats and use nets, bug boxes, and terrariums to get an up-close view of the animals that make Essex County their home.
